As a boutique mortgage servicer, our goal at Green Planet Servicing, LLC (GPS) is to provide our clients with exceptional customer service and the customized “high touch” personal approach that they should expect from a servicer.
Training is a critical component of our operation. We ensure staff is well trained, policies and procedures are documented, and controls are followed. A Quality Assurance program is in place with periodic reviews and formal written reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Compliance is another area that is crucial to the success of Green Planet Servicing. GPS employs an experienced Quality Control Manager that reports to the Legal Department responsible for monitoring new laws, updates and changes to existing laws, and disseminating that information to the business units.
