Green Planet Servicing, LLC (GPS) is headquartered in Wallingford, Connecticut. GPS provides residential loan servicing for prime and non-prime loans with expertise in loss mitigation, distressed portfolios and default servicing, including full REO management services. GPS is a full service loan administration provider utilizing the LPS MSP Servicing System – the most widely used servicing software in the mortgage servicing industry, among large servicers. GPS provides servicing for both first and second lien mortgages. Green Planet Servicing has a fully trained, seasoned and talented team of employees. The executive management team at GPS each possess over twenty years of industry experience.

GPS has the system capability and servicing expertise to handle a wide variety of products including various types of adjustable rate loans, interest only loans, and home equity lines of credit.

Loss Mitigation services provide individualized attention to each borrowers needs based on analysis of ability and intent of that borrower. We provide early analysis of loss severity in order to recommend the best course of action and recommend mitigation alternatives and modification programs to assist the borrower and mitigate losses.

Training is a critical component of our operation. We ensure staff is well trained, policies and procedures are documented, and controls are followed. A Quality Assurance program is in place with periodic reviews and formal written reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Compliance is another area that is crucial to the success of Green Planet Servicing. GPS employs an experienced Compliance Manager that reports to the Legal Department responsible for monitoring new laws, updates and changes to existing laws, and disseminating that information to the business units.
